Autumn Leaves Senior Living is an assisted living facility for those with memory-related illnesses. Precision was involved with the general contractor from the beginning to the end of this new build. This project included interior and exterior painting, caulking, and wallcovering installation.
Some skills showcased on this project are the detailed moldings and custom handrails installed throughout the building. Additionally, Precision's team installed the very detailed wallcoverings you will see in the photos.

River Bend Lofts · Featured Project
River Bend Lofts is a condo building on Chicago's north side. The board decided to go with a complete transformation, which included the removal of chair rail, repainting the entire building, installing a high gloss finish on the unit entry doors, and painted designs, letters and numbers throughout the building. Precision utilized low tack stencils to install the arrows, letters, and numbers you see around the building.
This project showcases what is possible in mid-rise and high rise condo corridors. This project was awarded American Paint Contractor's "Top Job" and received national recognition.
