When Precision first toured Grand Bear Lodge, they had just experienced a devastating fire. The damaged required a complete tear-off/replacement of the roof, sealing to prevent smoke damage, staining of new roof panels, painting of all of the walls, and recoating of all of the pool deck.
Of note on this project, prior to painting the existing walls, the surfaces were sealed with a clear sealer to prevent smoke odors from returning. The walls were painted using a waterborne epoxy for moisture resistance. After watching, scraping, and repairing the pool deck, a specialty rubberized floor coating (Tuff Coat) was applied using a texture sprayer to achieve the desired finish. Specialty lifts were utilized to reach the edges of the pool and to maneuver to different areas of the waterpark. See before images.View Project Gallery
